RAPTURE Date Set! | "IT'S A BIBLE LOCK!" (Debunked)
by Scott Clarke | Published on May 31, 2013
I have taken a good dose of slack for this video. Maybe rightly so. Maybe not. This is a very candid view of how false teachings and date-setting can affect me as I rightly do not tolerate false teachings well.
A certain person contacted me and tried to convince me that the abomination of desolation happened in March 2013 - which it certainly did not. He sent me messages for weeks about his beliefs. I wrote him and showed him where he is wrong. He chose not to listen. I debunked his bad eschatology in a video. He again chose not to listen. He immediately went public claiming that God gave him the rapture date. This date came and went - it was June 6, 2013. Prior to that date, I made this video showing his errors ... again, with the hope that no one would get hurt by his nonsense which he continues to this very day.
This is not so much about this individual as much as it is a wake-up call to those who would be deceived by any person who sets dates and will not listen to reason.
In response to this video, some may feel the urge to parrot the phrase, "No one knows the day or hour". If you want to know what that Jewish idiom actually means (as it IS an idiomatic statement), click the text.
